No, data is not shared with any third-party vendor or the customer. All the data is stored privately within the MDaudit cloud infrastructure where all security controls have been implemented.
During your implementation, we will collaborate with you to train the system on your specific payor letters to ensure you are getting the very most out of the feature. If you scan a letter where the model is unable to make a full extraction, the system will automatically alert the MDaudit team that supports the module so that we can review the document for training. You are also able to provide feedback via a thumbs up/thumbs down to notify us if the extraction output is not meeting expectations.
If you are not a current MDaudit customer, we recommend you submit a security questionnaire. We will provide all the necessary documents, including architecture blueprints, for your comprehensive review.
